Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect, MOKE

  • Equipped with 25mW, 633nm Helium-Neon laser light source, frequency tunable chopper, and SR830 lock-in amplifier.
     

    Adoption of an environment controllable chamber, sample can be measured in atmosphere or down to 10-4 Torr in vacuum condition. It also furnishes four point probe module. The electrical signal can be measured by Keithley 2400 sourceMeter.

     

    The electromagnet can apply ±4000Oe during the measurement, and homemade LabVIEW user interface can provide resistance versus time, resistance versus magnetic field, and M-H loop measurement.
