Maxima heating rate: 20 °C /min.

The furnace can operate under vacuum, atmosphere, N₂, or O₂ conditions.

The facility is used to modify/improve materials’ properties with proper heat treatments. For example, Ni-NiO core-shell nano-arrays was fabricated by annealing Ni nano-arrays in an atmosphere condition.
