  • Equipped with Nation Instruments PXIe-4139 PXI source measure unit, PXIe-5160 10-bit PXI oscilloscope, and Keysight 81160A pulse function arbitrary noise generator.

     

    It is used to study the reliability issue of magnetoresistive random access memory or other electrical transportation phenomenon.
